Kanchanjunga North:
Kanchanjunga is the third highest mountain in the world. This trek leads you to spectacular high altitude scenery on the north side of Kanchanjunga. The trek  starts from Basantpur, which is a large bazaar at 2200m on a ridge above the Tanmaya Khola, with a view of entire Kanchanjunga. Basantpur is accessible from Kathmandu-Biratnagar flight or Kathmandu- Dharan direct bus followed by a local bus ride. The itinerary goes as follow.
 
Itinerary (Days in / out- for Kathmandu is not included)
Day 01 Kathmandu- Biratnagr earliest flight 0r Kathmandu-Dharan/Hile  overnight bus. From Biratnagar or Dharan, you will take a local bus to Basantpur to stay overnight. Day 11 Gunsa to Khambachen (4040m)
Day 02 Basantpur-Chauki (2700m) Day 12 Acclimatization Day in Khambachen
Day 03 Cahuki-Gupha Pokhari (2930m) Day 13 Khambachen to Lhonak (4790m)
Day 04 Gupha Pokhari-Nesum (1620m) Day 14 Lhonak to Pangpema (5140m)
Day 04 Nesum to Thumma (1000m) Day 15 Pangpema to Khambachen
Day 05 Thumma to Chirwa (1190m) Day 16 Khambachen to Gunsa
Day 06 Chirwa to Sakthum (1640m) Day 17 Gunsa to Amjilassa
Day 07 Sakathum to Amjilassa (2490m) Day 18 Amjilassa to Chirwa
Day 08 Amjilassa to Kyarpa (2730m) Day 19 Chirwa to Linkhim

Day 01:

Flight from Kathmandu-Biratnagar. 

Day 02:

Flight Biratnagar-Taplejung (2300m). Trek commences to Thembewa (1880m).

Day 03:

Thembewa- Keswa (1960m).

Day 04:

Keswa-Mamanke (1810m).

Day 05:

Mamamke-Yamphudin (1690m).

Day 06:

Yamphudin-Omje Khola (2340m).

Day 07:

Omje Khola-Torontan (2990m).

Day 08:

Toronton-Tseram (3870m).

Day 09:

Tseram-Ramche (4620m).

Day 10:

Optional day trip to Yalung Glacier (4800m) and back.

Day 11:

Ramche-Tseram (3870m).

Day 12:

Tseram-Lamite Bhanjyang (3410m).

Day 13:

Lamite Bhanjyang-Yamphudin (1690m).

Day 14:

Yamphudin-Phonpe (1850m).

Day 15:

Phonpe-Khunjari (1700m).

Day 16:

Khunjari-Suketar (Taplejung).

Day 17:

Flight to Kathmandu.

Makalu Base Camp:
The trek to Makalu Base Camp visits one of the most remote and unfrequented areas of Nepal. This is a long, arduous, trekking course.
Beware of altitude sickness, as there are many ups and downs; more over the pre-monsoon so you must be prepared for this to be the most difficult segment of your trek.
Itinerary (Days in /out- for Kathmandu is not included)

Day 01:

Flight from Kathmandu-Thumlingtar (460m).

Day 02:

Thumlingtar-Khandbari (1030m) - 2 1/2 hours.

Day 03:

Khandbari-Mure (1990m)-Sedua (1510m) - 6 hours.

Day 04:

Sedua-Naba Gaon-Tashi Gaon (2200m)- 4 1/2 hours.

Day 05:

Tashi Gaon-Unshisa-Kauma Danda (3470m) - 5 hours.

Day 06:

Kauma Danda-Shipton La (4127m)-Mumbuk (3500m.) - 6 hours.

Day 07:

Mumbuk-Temantan Kharka-Nehe Kharka (3670m) - 5 hours.

Day 08:

Nehe Kharkha-Ramara-Shershon (4615m) - 5 hours.

Day 09:

Shershon-Makalu Base Camp (4900m) - 1 hour.

Day 10:

Rest day at Makalu Base camp.

Day 11/19:

Same way trek down to Thumlingtar.

Day 20:

Flight Kathmandu.
